If you have a non-emergent concern, you are encouraged to utilize the 311 service. It connects residents to local government services, helps divert non-urgent calls away from 911, and allows citizens to report neighborhood issues such as potholes, graffiti, street light outages, or any observed code violations.There are three ways to access this service: via app, online form, or by phone call. The neighborhood association does our best to report and address concerns we are aware of, but if all residents utilize 311, we will accomplish more. To learn more, click the button.

This program offers residents the opportunity to drop off their food scraps at locations across Tucson for composting at the Los Reales Sustainability Campus. To participate, you need to sign-up for an informational meeting and you’ll receive your free composting bin. Click below for more info.

Please bring your aluminum cans to the pool so we can recycle them! Each year we earn enough from recycled cans to purchase at least one bucket of chlorine. Every bit helps!
Brush & Bulky
Dispose of Oversized Items for Free Twice a Year

Twice a year, the City of Tucson offers brush and bulky pick-up to help dispose of oversized items such as furniture, appliances, and yard waste. Our pick up zone is 14, and our 2026 pick up weeks are May 26 and November 23. For more details, click below.
Sun Van Transportation

We have a little free library located in front of the Terra Del Sol pool. Residents are encouraged to stop by and take a book and leave a book. Come visit the free little library and rediscover the art of getting lost in a good book!
Lead Hazard Reduction
Free Lead Removal for Homes Built Before 1978

The City of Tucson’s Lead Hazard Reduction Program aims to make homes safer. Homes built before 1978 with kids 6 and under living in or visiting the home may qualify for an inspection, lead removal, and additional home repairs – all for free!

Association Wishlist
Donate Time, Donate Supplies

Our neighborhood association has a lot of current and new initiatives to help enhance our community, but it takes many hands and resources. Whether it’s supplies for neighborhood clean-ups or manpower for community events, we depend on the generosity of our community! We currently ask for a suggested $5 annual donation at our quarterly meetings. If you are able to give, would like to donate something from our wishlist, or you would like to get involved, please contact the board.
